Abstract:

This study examines the emotional, verbal, physical, and financial impact of domestic violence on victims. Based on interviews with two local non-profit organizations that support victims of domestic violence, this research shows that there are long-term impacts of domestic violence. It affects a person’s mental health and robs them of their sense of safety, home, and financial well-being.
