The Evolution of Digital Marketing: How AI is Revolutionizing the Industry

Abstract:

Digital marketing, a constantly evolving field, has recently seen an increase in the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) (Ramon). It has been making a crucial impact on how digital marketing is being done. In this study, I focus on the history of social media marketing and how AI has continued to change how digital marketing looks and functions. I discuss where it all started, including the first form of social media and what digital marketing looked like back then, and go into why and how it has been evolving. I also explain the impact that AI is having on the industry and how it is transforming how companies are connecting with their target audiences.
