Abstract:

The Siena College Beverage Institute works to assist its local beverage industry partners in developing marketing plans, harnessing the power of social media to promote their business and products, filming and content creation, examining analytics, and exploring the science of fermentation and the biodiversity of hops and grapes. It is also responsible for the care of several beehives both on and off campus. Beverage Institute student members also hosted tastings for the greater Siena community to educate on various alcoholic beverages and promote our partners to the community.
