Abstract:

This project is a volunteer pipeline for the United Tenants of Albany. The goal of the project is to improve volunteer recruitment and retention for their tenant hotline. To achieve this goal, we were tasked with rewriting their volunteer manual. This involved researching areas such as active listening, meditation, burnout, and community organization. The result of this project should be its usefulness for current and future volunteers.
