Abstract:

The rationale for the study is to look at social workers in the medical setting as well as other personnel and general hospital workers. Social Workers experience burnout and compassion fatigue often when helping others. This presentation will explain the differences between compassion fatigue and burnout as well as discuss how attachment styles are related.
