Impacts of dollar exchange rate on International students
Abstract:
The number of students seeking education abroad has increased significantly over the past few years. The abrupt increase in the dollar exchange rate has shaken the current economic situation, adversely affecting and impacting international students. The United States is considered the universal hub for students. Still, the appreciation of dollars and devaluation of local currencies have forced students to change their priorities and prefer other countries. Students relying on their savings will likely suffer a severe economic shock. The strong dollar has compounded problems for international students in managing their budgets. Their concerns regarding housing, tuition, rent, etc., have been immensely boosted, eventually leading them to move back home.Title
