Advocating for the Medical Aid in Dying Act
Abstract:
This semester we are advocating for the passage of the Medical Aid in Dying Act in the New York State Legislature. This bill gives terminal patients in New York access to life-ending medications in coordination with their doctors. This option gives patients the ability to avoid the profound pain and suffering these diseases can cause at the end of one’s life.Title
